Patient Injuries

External Carapace Notes: Abrasion on left marginal scute and on right marginal scute.

Plastron: 2 minor abrasions and some urchin spines.

External Wounds: Small abrasion on left shoulder and missing tip of left rear flipper and tip of right front flipper. Some abrasions on the right front flipper. Healed scar on left front flipper.

In House Bloods: PCV: 30%, TS: 3.0, Glucose: 136 Meds administered: No meds administered.
