5 star review  One of the best places I've ever been. The staff is friendly and it's been wonderful to see this place grow as much as it has. They take amazing care of their turtles and making sure they get better. Would highly recommend stopping in if your visiting the island. Tickets are inexpensive and this is great for kids.

5 star review  This place is amazing! The work they do is awesome. We stopped here on our first day on the island and it really impacted us. The kids were concerned about ensuring the beaches were clear of liter to save the sea turtles! The education and back stories that provide really enhance the experience. A must visit!

5 star review  Great place for the kiddos! Ours were free (under the age limit) and our tickets weren't expensive. Half the hospital was empty which is great for the sea turtles but the kiddos were upset they didn't see more turtles. The gift shop had a line because of the virus occupancy limits but once inside it was nice to freely move around. The staff were all friendly and informative.

My daughters and I visited the sea turtle experience in South Padre and really enjoyed it. It is not expensive at all, very affordable and a good way to teach them about our ocean friends.

Take an hour or so and check out The sea turtles. Fun and educational for kids and adults . These folks are doing a great job saving turtles and educating people about these wonderful sea creatures.
