Atlantic Green 2.45 kg

Patient Injuries

Mouth/Beak: Beak furrow on the upper left jaw. Chip out of the front part of the upper beak.
External Carapace Notes: Minor abrasions to the right side marginal scutes.
Plastron: Two healing abrasions towards the top. Minor Bruising.
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Lots of exudate on all soft tissues. Missing tip of the RFF small part of bone exposed. Missing the LRF and a small notch out of the RRF.

In House Bloods: PCV: 30%, TS: 3.8, Glucose: 93 Meds administered: None during intake
