Patient Injuries

Epibiot Load: minor algae on carapace, lots of urchin spines in plastron
External Carapace Notes: Minor abrasions to the carapace including 2 very small spots of bone exposure.
Plastron: urchin spines and minor healing abrasions
External Wounds: Total lesions less than a credit card size
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue:Missing 1/4 of back left flipper

Patient Treatments

In House Bloods: PCV: 20%, TS: 3.4, Glucose: 100 Meds administered: No Meds administered on intake, wounds less than the size of a credit card. requesting vet review of radiographs to determine if meds are needed.
