External Carapace Notes: Moderate abrasions on vertebral scutes and severe along marginal scutes.
Plastron: Severe abrasions. Bone exposed.
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Two moderate abrasions above eyes. Moderate abrasions on lower chin. Abrasions to all four flippers on both sides.

In House Bloods: PCV: 32%, TS: 4.4, Glucose: 94
Meds administered: Standard protocol (Ceftaz, VitB & Normosol)
