Patient Injuries
External Carapace Notes: Bone exposure on the first large scute on the right side.
Plastron: Superficial abrasions on plastron. Wear on marginal scutes on the right side.
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Old hook wound, presenting as a hole/pocket filled with exudate on bottom of front right flipper (cleared out exudate). Abrasions on both axilla. Scabbing along the intersection of the mandible and soft tissue of the throat. Partially healed abrasions on the leading edge of both front flippers.
