Eyes: Clear, healing abrasions around the eye socket
Nares: healing scratches
Mouth/Beak: Clear
Carapace Notes: Minor scratches, one small healing abrasion
Plastron: Minor abrasions
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Healing abrasions on the ventral side of both front flippers, old-healed wound on the left side of the neck. Severe cloaca prolapse

Patient Treatments

In House Bloods: PCV: 22%, TS: 4.0, Glucose: 75, meds administered: Standard protocol (Ceftaz, VitB & Normosol)
