Stranded in the rocks of the Isla Blanca jetties

2.30kg Atlantic Green

Patient Injuries

Epibiot Load: Moderate algae load on carapace. Three large barnacles, 11 small barnacles, and one embedded barnacle on carapace. Four small barnacles on plastron.
Eyes: Grey jelly substance in eyes, was able to remove with dry gauze
Mouth/Beak: left over sea grass
External Carapace Notes: A few superficial healing scarps. Shell deformity on the right side of carapace towards the caudal end.
Plastron: Urchin spines, a few healing abrasions
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Missing tip on the left front flipper, missing portions of both rear flippers

Patient Treatments

In House Bloods:PCV: 28%, TS: 3.8 , Glucose: 65, No meds administered due to minimal external injuries and activity level of patient. Vet will confirm if medication is needed.
