hooked by fisherman at the Isla Blanca jetties channel side on SPI

-BCS 3/5 normal

Update: 6/1
– Current weight – 11.9 lbs
– Receiving medication every 3 days
– Eye wound has healed well and turtle is eating very well

Patient Injuries

large hook penetrating through the eye curling back into mouth cavity, no other obvious injuries or abnormalities

Patient Treatments

started on Ceftazidime, Vit B Complex & fluids -took 3-view radiographs -Dry-docked last night started on ceftaz, vit b, normosol, meloxicam and ciprofloxacin eye drops, will place in shallow freshwater this morning
