External Carapace Notes: Several abrasions. Chunk missing from left marginal scute and right.
Plastron: 4 minor abrasions, already healing.
External Wounds: Scrapes on edges of flippers.
Patient Treatments
In-house PCV = 22%, TP = 4.4 g/dl, glucose = 218
No Meds given during intake. Dry docked overnight after arrival with eye lube.
