Epibiot Load: A few small barnacles, a tiny snail on carapace. Lots of mud.
Eyes: FP on both eyes (worse on left eye)
Mouth/Beak: Bait and fishing line removed bait 10.5 inches 26.5 cm
External Carapace Notes: Old injury to caudal left
Plastron: very slightly sunken in
Head/Flippers/ Soft Tissue: Severe entanglement around left front flipper and into mouth
