Patient Injuries

External Carapace Notes: Has a few nicks in the marginal scutes, minor abrasions
Plastron: moderate abrasions and a divot, possibly an old injury, partially healed
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Abrasions on the leading edge of all four flippers, on the underside

Patient Treatments

In House Bloods: PCV: 30 %, TS: 3.4 , Glucose: 129 Meds administered: Standard protocol (Ceftaz, Vitamin B & Normosol)
