Found entangled and hooked off the Boca Chica jetties on the channel side

Patient Injuries
Epibiot Load: 11 barnacles on carapace, minor algae load on plastron and carapace, minor mud load
Plastron: Some urchin spines and minor bruising
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Hook wound in the right side of the neck from J hook, one small incision in the center of the neck from medical care to get the hook out. Entanglement injury around the LFF and neck.

Meds administered: Standard protocol (Ceftaz, VitB, Ketoprofen, Lidocaine, & Normosol)
