Reason for Stranding

Rescued by Breakaway Cruises in the bay entangled in braided line near Barracuda Cove.

Patient History

10.9 lb FP juvenile green, Sinterklaas is the Dutch version of Santa Claus.

Patient Injuries

Entangled around the tumors of the left rear flipper, wrapped once around the flipper itself, FP 2/3, both eyes and multiple body tumors including tumors coming out of the shell.

Patient Treatments

In-house PCV = 24%, TP = 2.2 g/dl, glucose = 67, started on Ceftazidime, Vit B Complex, Normosol, and Meloxicam.
