Turtle was spotted by visitors on the Isla Blanca jetties struggling to dive; Rehab Specialist Chris was able to retrieve the turtle and cut the fishing line

Entangled in braided fishing line around both front flippers (constriction sites visible on both flippers), presence of FP tumors
