Patient Injuries

Mouth/Beak: Clear
External Carapace Notes: 3 healing moderate abrasions. One minor abrasion towards the caudal end. Moderate abrasions to marginal scutes on both the left and right side
Plastron: 2 healing plastron abrasions. Right side abrasion is 6.7 cm long and at the widest part 1cm and left side abrasion is 5.1cm long and 1.7 cm wide.
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Has old healed wounds on ventral side of the left front flipper. One tiny abrasion on both front flipper and a few tiny abrasions on both rear flippers.

In House Bloods:PCV: 26 %, TS: 3.0 , Glucose: 82, meds administered: Standard protocol (Ceftaz, VitB & Normosol)
