Dooby Doo is a hatchling hawksbill sea turtle. He was found on Boca Chica beach by a group of winter visitors. Dooby Doo has a couple small predator bites on his shell and flippers, but no serious physical injuries. He is currently eating well and spending time in the hatchling tanks of our ICU. He will be released when his injuries heal and he grows to a larger size.

Ways to help Dooby Doo's Recovery

Adopt Dooby Doo

One of the three primary missions at Sea Turtle, Inc. is rehabilitation. We work hard to rescue and return every sea turtle back to the wild. Proceeds from this adoption will go directly to purchase needed medical supplies, veterinary exams, x-rays, food and general care for our rehab turtles.
