External Carapace Notes: older rake marks. partially healed
Plastron: severe abrasions on plastron. minor abrasions on marginal scutes
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: minor abrasions on head, chin, leading edge of right front flipper. small chunks taken out of rear flippers (healed)

In House Bloods: PCV: 30%, TS: 3.0 , Glucose: 121
Meds administered: Standard protocol (Ceftaz, VitB & Normosol)
