Dazzling Stranded 9/19/2013

Dazzling is a hatchling loggerhead sea turtle. We do not commonly see hatchling loggerheads strand on South Padre Island. He has no physical injuries and we expect that he was washed in by high tides caused by Hurricane Ingrid. He currently resides in our ICU.

May Update: Dazzling was moved to a larger rehabilitation tank outside

August update: Dazzling is doing well and has been cleared for release.

Ways to help Dazzling's Recovery

Adopt Dazzling

One of the three primary missions at Sea Turtle, Inc. is rehabilitation. We work hard to rescue and return every sea turtle back to the wild. Proceeds from this adoption will go directly to purchase needed medical supplies, veterinary exams, x-rays, food and general care for our rehab turtles.
