Patient Injuries

Epibiot Load: 1 medium barnacle on carapace. 1 barnacle embedded on left side marginal scutes. Minor algal load on carapace and plastron. 1 small barnacle on plastron.

Eyes: Appears to have grey tinged film on both eyes.

Mouth/Beak: Small chunk of upper jaw on left side missing.

External Carapace Notes: 2 small healed abrasion on carapace.

Plastron: 3 small healing abrasions on plastron. Some urchin spines present.

Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: 1 small abrasion on each front flipper, ventral side. Small notch missing out of right rear flipper.

Patient Treatments

In House Bloods: PCV: 30%, TS: 3.8, Glucose: 133 Meds administered: No meds administered. Vet will confirm if medication is needed.
