Patient Injuries

External Carapace Notes: Scrapes on the caudal end of the marginal scutes, moderate abrasions towards the center
Plastron: Severe abrasions, scrapes on caudal end, abrasions on the marginal scutes
External Wounds: Abrasion to chin

Patient Treatments

In House PCV: 30%, TS: 3.8 , Glucose: 121 Meds administered: Ceftaz (antibiotic) , VitB (appetite stimulant), Keto (pain medication) & Normosol
