External Carapace Notes: Flaking scales on the rear marginal scutes on the left side
Plastron: two large abrasions and several additional mild abrasions
External Wounds: abrasions to plastron

In House PCV: 32%, TS: 4 , Glucose: 92
Meds administered: Ceftaz (antibiotic) , VitB (appetite stimulant) & Normosol
