Patient Injuries

External Carapace Notes: Minor abrasions, larger abrasion on the upper right side of carapace
Plastron: Small scrapes
External Wounds: abrasions to the carapace, one larger one on the upper right side. Old healing wound on the left eye near the nares.
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Abrasions on both front flippers, missing a small notch out of the right rear flipper.

Patient Treatments

In House Bloods: PCV: 32 %, TS: 3.8 , Glucose: 142 Meds administered: Standard protocol (Ceftaz, Vitamin B & Normosol)
