Found in the tide line at Mile Marker 19 on SPI

Patient History

5.50 lbs./ 16.00 kg FP juvenile, Atlantic Green

Patient Injuries

FP Tumor Grade 2/3, with tumors on eyes, head, neck, flippers, soft tissue, and side of plastron. Notch broken, white lesions on RRF and in/on notch wound. Parallel, shallow curved cuts on lower left plastron.

Patient Treatments

In-house PCV = 14%, TP = 4.0 g/dl, Glucose = 87. Started on Ceftaz (broad spectrum antibiotic), Vit B (vitamin complex shot), Ketoprofen (anti inflammatory and pain meds), Iron Dextran (helps increase the PCV want it to be at 20 or above) and Normosol (for fluids).
