Stranded 9/29/2013

Bela is a juvenile Atlantic green sea turtle. She was found on the beach by visitors. She has a few small scrapes on her plastron (bottom shell) and what look like teeth marks on her carapace (top shell). She may have been attacked by a predator. Blood was drawn to determine if she has underlying issues and she currently resides in our ICU.

Ways to help Bela's Recovery

Adopt Bela

One of the three primary missions at Sea Turtle, Inc. is rehabilitation. We work hard to rescue and return every sea turtle back to the wild. Proceeds from this adoption will go directly to purchase needed medical supplies, veterinary exams, x-rays, food and general care for our rehab turtles.
