Found stuck in the rocks at the Boca Chica Jetties on the beach side

Patient Injuries

Mouth/Beak: Clear
External Carapace Notes: One healing abrasion in the center of the carapace
Plastron: Two severe abrasions to the center on the plastron left abrasion 4.5cm wide and 6.2cm long. Right side severe abrasion 3.9cm wide and 7.2cm long. Moderate bruising. Abrasions to the left side marginal scutes. One healing abrasion towards the top of the plastron.
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Abrasions to the chin, abrasions to the ventral side of all four flippers, prolapsed cloaca, missing portion of the right rear flipper.

In House Bloods:PCV: 27%, TS: 3.4, Glucose: 102, meds administered: Ceftaz, VitB, Keto & Normosol
