The Girl Scout Patch Program offers girls the chance to make a difference for our oceans.
This program equips participants with the knowledge and skills to become stewards of the sea, focusing on the vital role sea turtles play in healthy marine ecosystems. Through engaging activities and teamwork, girls will not only gain a deeper understanding of these magnificent creatures but also explore ways to ensure their continued survival. This program fosters the core values of Girl Scouting – character, service, and community – while offering a unique and impactful experience for girls who care about the environment.
Upon successful completion of the program, scouts will be awarded the prestigious Ocean Stewards Patch of Greater South Texas.
