Patient Injuries

Epibiot Load: Heavy algae on both carapace and plastron.
External carapace notes: Minor abrasions, notch on right caudal marginal scute.
Plastron: One barnacle and one minor wound.
External Wounds: Notch out of right rear flipper and missing 1/4 of left rear flipper. Hook wound on right ventral side of the front flipper.

Patient Treatments

In House Bloods: PCV: 20%, TS: 3.4, Glucose: 239 Meds administered: Started on ceftaz, fluids & vit B due to congestion visible on lungs in radiographs.
