Plastron: Moderate abrasions.
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Small abrasions on the head. Healing gash on rear left flipper.

In House Bloods: PCV: 34%, TS: 4.2 , Glucose: 108
Meds administered: Standard protocol of no meds given due to condition at intake.
