Patient Injuries

External Carapace Notes: Major abrasions on marginal scutes. One abrasion on carapace.
Plastron: Major abrasions on plastron. 
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: Major abrasions on both front flippers. Moderate on rear flippers. Major abrasions to face.

Patient Treatments

In House Bloods: PCV: 36%, TS: 4.2 , Glucose: 200 Meds administered: Standard protocol (Ceftaz, VitB & Normosol)
