Plastron: minor abrasions
Head/Flippers/Soft Tissue: small abrasion to left side of the face

In-house PCV = 25%, TS = 4.1, Glucose = 143
Meds administered: Ceftaz (antibiotic) , VitB (appetite stimulant) & Normosol w. Dextrose (Fluids with sugar)
