Reason for Stranding

Found stuck in the rocks at Boca Chica (beach side).

Patient History

10.1lb non-FP juvenile Atlantic Green Sea Turtle. Originally arrived in April 2024. This is this patient’s second time with us!

Patient Injuries

Minor abrasions on both carapace and plastron, and on flippers, hook like wound under the left front flipper, abrasions on face near right eye.

Patient Treatments

In-house PCV = 27%, TP = 3.8 g/dl, glucose = 202 Started on Ceftazidime, Vit B Complex, and Normosol
