Event Details
- Packet Pickup: Friday, October 11th, 2024, 5 – 7 PM at Sea Turtle Inc. free admission during packet pickup
- Saturday Packet Pickup Available (Barry’s Beach Bar): Add on click here
- Race Day: Saturday October 12th, 2024
- Timed Race begins at 8:00 AM
- Family Fun Run begins: 8:15 AM
- Location: Takes place on the beautiful beaches of South Padre Island in front of Barry’s Beach Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn Beach Resort
- Parking: Available at Hilton Garden Inn & Sea Turtle Inc.
Registration Includes
- Finisher medal!

- Timed Run includes your chipped timing
- Timed Runners are eligible for overall awards in male and female categories
- Family Run includes family-friendly activities about sea turtles and conservation on a 1 mile kids course
- Water stops are available along the route

- Free entrance to Sea Turtle Inc. during packet pickup on Friday October 11, 2024

A weekend full of fun for the whole family! If you are a serious runner or just looking for some family outdoor fun, the Kemps Krawl is the event for you! Timed runners begin at 8 a.m. on the beachfront at the Hilton Garden Inn to enjoy this 5K with a scenic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This year, we have added a Family Fun Run that begins at 8:15 a.m. The family-run will include stations along the route with educational games and sea turtle facts to keep the whole family entertained.
