External Carapace Notes: Minor abrasions, old healed fracture to the upper right side carapace, abrasions on the left side marginal scutes on carapace 
Plastron: Minor plastron abrasions 
External Wounds: old healed fracture to the upper right side carapace

Patient Treatments

In House PCV: 29%, TS: 5.0 , Glucose: 189 Meds administered: Ceftaz (antibiotic) , VitB (appetite stimulant), & Normosol
