Moderate plastron abrasions, moderate plastron bruises, minor abrasions on flippers, minor carapace abrasions, old healed wound on carapace, no notch present on caudal carapace

In-house PCV = 33%, TP = 3.2 g/dl, glucose = 145
Started on Ceftazidime, Vit B Complex, Normosol, and Meloxicam.
