Guided Tour
Price: $150 for up to 5 guests

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and space. Larger events (weddings, corporate functions) may require additional lead time.
Q: How do I check availability or reserve a date?

Q: Is a deposit required to hold my date?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due closer to the event date - our team will provide all payment timelines in writing.

Day-of Logistics
Q: Is there parking available for guests?
Yes, we have dedicated parking areas for event guests. Parking availability may vary depending on the time of day and size of your event.
Q: What happens if it rains?
Most of our spaces are covered or indoors. For outdoor events, we'll work with you on a weather contingency plan so your celebration can go on - rain or shine.
Q: Will there be staff on-site during the event?
Absolutely. Our trained staff will be present to assist with logistics, answer questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Q: Are your facilities accessible?
Yes. Most of our spaces are wheelchair-accessible, and we'll work with you to ensure all guests have a comfortable experience.
Rules & Regulations
- We are an environmentally friendly space. Absolutely NO balloons, glitter, piñatas, inflatables, streamers, confetti, or silly string.
- Any decorating for the party must fall within your time allotment.
- You are welcome to bring your own food or have it delivered. NO hot plates, crockpots, chafing dishes, sparkler candles, or any other heating or warming devices are allowed during birthday parties.
- Children are allowed to be dropped off for the party, but you are required to have enough chaperones for monitoring the children during the party. We require at least 1 adult to every 5 children.
- Pets are prohibited during birthday parties.
- Bikes, scooters, skateboards, and water guns are prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice is required and must be acknowledged by the Party Manager no later than 10 business days in advance of the reserved event or birthday party, for a 50% refund of your rental fee. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your venue. There are no refunds for birthday parties canceled less than 10 business days before the confirmed date.
In the event of extreme inclement weather, a partial refund or rescheduling of your party will be issued. An indoor alternative may be offered, if available, but cannot be guaranteed. Rescheduling may not be possible due to our tight calendar, but every attempt will be made to do so.
