Boat Strike

Patient History

Fishermen found Sierra 4X4 floating in the shipping channel in Port Mansfield.

Patient Injuries

There is severe propeller damage to the top of the shell. The boat strike contained seagrass, sediment, and invertebrates indicating the wound was not fresh. Sierra 4×4 is also missing a chunk of the right front flipper most likely from the boat strike as well.

Patient Treatments

Antibiotics, Fluids, Vitamin B (to help with appetite/energy), Vitamin C (promotes wound healing)
