Director, Customer Success at Salesforce
A native to Colorado and part-time resident of South Padre Island, JC fell in love with the mission and work at Sea Turtle Inc from his very first visit. Passion and dedication are what struck him as two of the most unique qualities that he encountered every time he visited STI. He is honored to be a member of the Board of Directors.
JC is a tech executive with 30+ years experience working for some of the best tech companies in the business: IBM, Qwest, KPMG Consulting and currently works for “cloud” pioneer and leader, Salesforce. He is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for financial service companies using Salesforce and works with them to help bring solutions to their business problems quickly and easily. Helping customers achieve success is just one of his passions.
Another of his passions is helping and giving back. He volunteers regularly with Habitat for Humanity and is leading Salesforce’s support of Habitat for Humanity in the Denver area. The importance of food and shelter as a basic necessity also drives him to volunteer numerous hours every year to the Food Bank of the Rockies. Working for a company that supports these efforts makes it easy to provide the much needed support that nonprofits need.
When time allows, he loves spending time with his two young daughters and is very proud of his older son who has overcome a major disability to reach his senior year in college. When visiting South Padre Island, you will find him either at Sea Turtle Inc or on the beach flying one of his many kites!
